Soluna Therapy
Let’s get to the Root.
& Grow from There.
Maybe you’ve been holding everything together for so long that slowing down feels unfamiliar. Or maybe you’ve reached a point where you know you’re ready for something to change, even if you can’t fully explain what that change needs to look like yet.
I’m Cristal Guerrero, a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Soluna Therapy. I created Soluna for people who want to understand themselves more deeply, break patterns that no longer serve them, and feel more connected to who they are.
The name Soluna comes from sol—sun—and luna—moon. It represents the different seasons we experience throughout life. Some seasons feel full of clarity, connection, and growth. Others feel heavy, uncertain, or quiet. Both are part of the process, and both deserve space.
You Know Something Needs to Change, You’re Just Not Sure Where to Start
Maybe you’re the person everyone depends on; the one who keeps going, handles everything, and seems fine from the outside. But inside, you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from constantly trying to hold it all together.
You might understand where some of your patterns come from, yet still find yourself repeating them. Maybe you overthink everything, struggle to set boundaries, feel responsible for other people’s emotions, or question whether your needs are “too much.” You know something needs to change, you’re just not sure where to begin.
You’re in the right place.
I’m an active and engaged therapist. I won’t simply sit back and wait for you to figure out what to say. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you make connections, gently challenge the patterns keeping you stuck, and guide us toward what may be happening beneath the surface. We’ll go deeper than simply talking about what happened that week…we’ll explore the root of why you feel, respond, and relate the way you do.
Together, we’ll look at how your past experiences, relationships, culture, and environment have shaped the way you see yourself and move through the world. Depending on what you need, I may incorporate EMDR, somatic work, attachment-based therapy, CBT, and mindfulness.
You deserve a space where you can feel supported, understood, and gently challenged to grow. You can come as you are, even if you don’t know where to begin. We’ll find the starting point together.
Take Your First Step…
You may have questions, feel nervous about starting, or simply want to know whether we would be a good fit. That’s completely okay.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation where you can share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for what working together might be like, without any pressure to commit.
You don’t have to be completely ready. Sometimes the first step is simply starting the conversation.
